Download Problems
If you are having a problem downloading the ebook, please check the following:
- Make sure your web browser is set to accept cookies. The download will not start unless you have cookies enabled.
- You can not download the ebook unless you go through the clickbank payment process.
- The ebook comes with separate energy audit forms (also in pdf format). Both files will come in a zip file. To unzip, you must have a program capable of reading zip files. On Windows XP, a zip utiity should be built in. Otherwise, we recommend Winzip or 7-zip. Mac users can use StuffIt or any comparable file extraction utility.
- To open the ebook, you need to have a program capable of opening pdf files. Adobe offers a free pdf reader for almost all operating systems. Click here to go to Adobe's Site.
- You might be prompted by your browser whether to open or save the file. Click the save option, then choose the location on your computer. I would recommend either the Desktop or your document's folder (in Windows, this is conveniently called "My Documents.")
- If the download fails, and you refresh the download page, your download may fail because the system will think you already downloaded it. If this is the case, contact me and I will send you the file. In most cases, you should be able to redownload the file within 1 hour.
