Good tip I saw posted by someone else here. Get bubble wrap and cut it to the size of the window, mist the window with some water and it will stick. Easy to do and easy to take it off quick too.

Sunday is laundry day in our house and the furnace never runs all day where before it ran constantly.

You get hit more than just once – you get charged a commodity charge in addition to a delivery charge. So this advice makes sense.
